Logging in

CyberGuard runs in your browser at the URL provided by your organization — no client software to install. Your administrator creates your account; you sign in with your email address and a password, or with your company identity provider if single sign-on is configured.

When an administrator creates your account, CyberGuard sends you an email containing a personal activation link. Open the link, choose a password, and confirm it with Set password. You land on the login page, ready to sign in with your new credentials.

  1. Browse to your organization’s CyberGuard URL.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Select Login.

After signing in, you land on the Analytics dashboard — your central hub for compliance and risk activities. See Navigating CyberGuard for a tour of the layout.

Select Forgot password on the login page and enter your account email. CyberGuard emails you a reset link; follow it, choose a new password, and sign in again. If no email arrives, check your spam folder, and confirm with your administrator that the address matches the one on your account.

If your administrator has connected CyberGuard to your identity provider (SAML or OpenID Connect), the login page shows a Login with SSO button. Select it to authenticate through your company account — the identity provider handles the credentials, and you return to CyberGuard already signed in.

If MFA is enabled on your account, a Multi-factor authentication prompt appears after your password is accepted. Enter the code generated by your authenticator app to finish signing in. Two fallbacks are available from the same prompt:

  • Recovery code — use one of the recovery codes you saved when you enrolled, if you no longer have access to the authenticator app.
  • Security key — authenticate with a registered hardware key or passkey instead of a one-time code.

Your administrator may require MFA for all users; in that case you are asked to set up an authenticator app the first time you sign in. You can enroll or manage MFA yourself at any time from My profile, reached from the sidebar footer menu.
