Solutions
The Solutions page in CyberGuard.ai enables organizations to register, track, and evaluate the products, tools, and services provided by third-party entities. It acts as a centralized catalog for mapping each external or internal solution to its provider, criticality level, and associated assets — ensuring every tool or service integrated into your environment is properly assessed and documented. By managing solution data in this module, teams can monitor dependencies, evaluate vendor risks, and strengthen their third-party governance framework.
Usage Notes
Solution Overview
Displays a list of all recorded solutions with columns such as Name, Description, Provider Entity, and Criticality.
Each entry represents a technology, service, or platform offered by a third-party or internal provider.
Adding a Solution
Click the Add Solution button to open the input form.
Fill in required fields including Name, Provider Entity, and Criticality, along with optional fields such as Description, Reference ID, and Associated Assets.
Select the appropriate Provider Entity to ensure the solution is correctly linked to its vendor or internal business unit.
Criticality Rating
The Criticality slider allows you to rate the operational importance or business impact of a solution on a numerical scale.
This helps in prioritizing vendor management, compliance reviews, and continuity planning.
Filtering and Search
Use the Search Bar or Filters Panel to locate solutions by name, entity, or description.
The Show Entries dropdown allows customization of the number of records displayed on the page.
Asset Association
You can link each solution to relevant Assets in the platform, creating a traceable relationship between technologies and their operational dependencies.
