Entity Assessments
The Entity Assessments page in CyberGuard.ai allows users to evaluate and monitor the cybersecurity posture, compliance readiness, and overall risk exposure of third-party entities. It serves as a structured workspace where assessments can be created, tracked, and linked to associated entities, solutions, and representatives — ensuring every external relationship is periodically reviewed and validated for compliance and security performance. By standardizing assessment processes, this module helps organizations strengthen vendor oversight and mitigate supply chain risks.
Usage Notes
Assessment Overview
Displays a list of all existing entity assessments with columns such as Name, Description, and Entity.
Each record represents a formal evaluation of a third-party organization or internal business unit.
Creating an Entity Assessment
Click Add Entity Assessment to open the creation form.
Provide essential details such as Name, Description, Perimeter, Entity, and Criticality.
Optionally, you can enable the Create Audit checkbox to generate an audit in parallel with the assessment for deeper evaluation.
Entity and Solution Association
Link the assessment to a specific Entity and corresponding Solutions to ensure traceability between service providers, their tools, and evaluation outcomes.
This association supports better understanding of dependencies and potential security exposures.
Criticality and Due Date
Use the Criticality slider to define the relative importance or risk level of the assessment.
Set a Due Date to ensure timely completion and compliance tracking.
Representative Assignment
Assign responsible Representatives to oversee or participate in the assessment process, establishing accountability and improving collaboration.
Search and Filtering
Utilize the Search Bar and Filters Panel to quickly locate assessments by entity, perimeter, or name.
