The Entities page in CyberGuard.ai allows organizations to define, manage, and monitor third-party organizations or internal business units that interact within their cybersecurity and compliance ecosystem. It serves as the foundation for structuring relationships across domains, ensuring that all connected entities are properly cataloged, owned, and traceable within your governance and risk management processes. This centralized management of entities enhances visibility, accountability, and consistency in handling supplier, partner, or subsidiary compliance.


Usage Notes

  • Entity Overview and Structure

    • Displays a list of all registered entities within the organization, along with their associated domains and ownership details.

    • Each entity can represent a vendor, client, business partner, or internal department linked to your cybersecurity framework.

  • Filtering and Search

    • Use the Filters panel or search bar to quickly locate entities by name, description, or domain.

    • The table view includes key columns such as Name, Description, Domain, and Owned Domains for easy navigation.

  • Entity Details

    • Clicking the View icon (eye symbol) provides access to entity-specific details, enabling a closer review of their associated domains, compliance relationships, and assessments.

  • Domain Associations

    • The Domain and Owned Domains columns display how entities are linked to operational or business scopes, providing clarity on coverage and control ownership.
