User Groups

The User Groups page provides administrators with a centralized view of all user groups configured within the CyberGuard.ai platform. User groups define access levels, roles, and permissions across organizational domains and perimeters—ensuring that each user operates within an appropriate scope of responsibility.

Each entry in the list represents a distinct group (e.g., Administrator, Analyst, Approver, Reader), often associated with a specific domain such as Global, Foam Molders, or Sigma Technology Partners. This clear grouping structure allows organizations to implement consistent role-based access control (RBAC) across multiple projects and clients.

By organizing users into predefined groups, administrators can efficiently manage permissions, enforce least-privilege access principles, and maintain accountability throughout the governance and compliance workflows.
