Task Overview and Filtering
The page lists all organizational tasks with key columns such as Name, Description, Recurrent, Assigned To, Last Occurrence Status, and Next Occurrence.
Use the search bar or Filters panel to locate specific tasks by keyword, status, or assignment.
The “Show Entries” dropdown lets users adjust how many records are visible per page.
Assignment and Ownership
Each task can be assigned to a specific user or team member to ensure clear ownership and follow-up.
“Assigned To” helps identify who is responsible for execution and progress tracking.
Recurrent and Scheduled Activities
The Recurrent field indicates if a task repeats on a defined schedule — ideal for ongoing compliance checks, control validations, or risk reviews.
The Next Occurrence and Last Occurrence Status columns make it easy to monitor periodic tasks and upcoming deadlines.
