Libraries

The Libraries page in CyberGuard.ai serves as a centralized repository for regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and security control libraries. It allows organizations to access, review, and load industry-specific or region-specific frameworks that guide cybersecurity and compliance activities.

By maintaining a structured collection of frameworks, this page helps ensure your organization aligns its security practices with global, national, and sectoral requirements.

Usage Notes

  1. Libraries Store and Loaded Libraries

    • The page is divided into two sections:

      • Libraries Store: Displays all available frameworks and standards within the CyberGuard.ai ecosystem.

      • Loaded Libraries: Shows the libraries currently in use within your organization.

    • Each entry includes details such as Provider, Reference ID, Name, and Description for easy identification and reference.

  2. Administrative Control

    • Only administrators can load or unload libraries into the organization’s workspace.

    • This ensures that framework changes are managed centrally and applied consistently across compliance, risk, and governance modules.

  3. Search and Filtering Options

    • Use the Search bar to locate a specific library by name, reference ID, or provider.

    • The Filters feature refines results by framework type, region, or standard provider for quicker navigation.

  4. Framework Details

    • Each listed library includes a Description and may contain direct links to official documentation or regulatory sources.

    • Examples include frameworks like NIST SP800-53, ISO/IEC 27001, CMMC, and national cybersecurity standards such as 3CF or AGID.

Benefits

  • Centralizes all compliance and regulatory frameworks in one place.

  • Simplifies framework selection and loading for audit preparation and control mapping.

  • Promotes standardized compliance management across multiple business units.

  • Ensures traceability and accountability by restricting administrative access.

  • Catalog Dashboard – Provides an overview of available frameworks, mappings, and related compliance structures.

  • Applied Controls – Implements and monitors controls derived from the loaded libraries.

  • Compliance Frameworks – Displays compliance progress and control alignment with active libraries.

  • Risk Assessments – Uses library-defined controls and requirements for evaluating organizational risks.
